Teslimat Şekli
Teslimatlar bina önüne kadar yapılmaktadır. Kat çıkma, eve taşıma ve montaj hizmetleri talep edilmesi halinde ek ücret karşılığında sunulmaktadır. Randevulu teslimat yapılan bölgelerde teslimat günü önceden tarafınıza bildirilir.

Teslimat Süresi
Standart ürünlerde teslimat süresi 7–14 iş günü arasındadır. Özel üretim veya kişiye özel ölçülü ürünlerde teslimat süresi 15–30 iş günü arasında değişebilir. Resmi tatiller ve kampanya dönemlerinde teslimat sürelerinde uzama yaşanabilir.

Teslimat Anında Kontrol
Ürünü teslim alırken paket ve ürün kontrolünün yapılması önemlidir. Hasarlı, eksik veya yanlış ürün durumunda kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturulması gerekmektedir. Tutanak tutulmadan teslim alınan ürünlerde sonradan yapılacak hasar bildirimleri kabul edilemeyebilir.
